This involves giving our Pilsner plenty of time to mature, as well as sourcing our controlled ingredients preferably from the local region. Further gold standards include the extra blend of ingredients we add, a truly unique mixture of hops and an exceptionally soft water that gives the beer aromas the space they deserve.
