Domaine Larochette-Manciat is the result of a merge of two great wine-making families. The Manciat and the Poncet family. The Manciat’s family vineyard is located in Mâcon and the Poncet’s family vineyard is located in Pouilly-Fuissé. Both are located in the Maconnais in Burgundy. They focus on terroir and vineyard expression. The winemaker is Marie Pierre Manciat and her philosophy is to obtain the best grapes possible. Domaine Larrochette-Manciat practices sustainable viticulture. Pouilly-Fuissé wines undergo fermentation in barrels. All of the wines both from undergo malo-lactic fermentation which gives them a buttery and creamy component. The wines are highly recognized for their pure fruit and crispy minerality. It is considered as one of the top vineyards in the area. Domaine Larochette-Manciat produces great buys!
