The wine has always been there, it only had to be elaborated; and, in Bodegas Olivares, it was in our history, in our climate, in our land and, above all, in our hands. This is the reason why, for us, the wine is the beginning. And it is the end.
Our love for Jumilla's harsh, beautiful landscape feeds our passion for wine and its production. That passion moves us to create natural, unique wines; wines that faithfully represent our region's singular terroir and its native variety, the Monastrell.
